My name is Kelsey and I am a 19 year old college student. Back in my hometown of Madison Wisconsin I worked at a wonderful bakery where my interest in baking came alive. I especially enjoy making muffins because they are quick, portable and tasty.

I have a wonderful staff of college students that act as my critics, the Howard University Swim Team. I will post their comments and reactions as well.
