Sorry for not posting lately, my taste-tester swimmers mostly moved out of the dorms for the second half of the summer. The last batch I made were blueberry. They turned out REALLY well. I don't have the exact recipe at this time but I will post it soon so you can see what is in it. I now for a fact that there was quite a bit of cream cheese in it which is why they came out so moist.
Honestly, I have gone off muffins lately to try some other things in the kitchen. For example I made some cupcake last night. But I promise I will get back on it as soon as I have more people that are willing to eat them up.
